Apply to a cleansed dry face and neck, focussing on the pigmented areas. Expect mild irritation due to retinol. If you have not used products with retinol then start gradually, using this cream 2 -3 times a week. Remember to always wear a sunblock during the day to prevent further pigmentation form developing.
