Let it soak in mild temperature water around 20-25 minutes. Then remove the net around the whisk carefully and let the whisk soak for another 5-10 minutes in warm (not boiling hot) water. Always use fresh water with the whisk. You can also use the same water to cast to stove stones, it will give a very pleasant aroma!
